Lisa graduated from Clarion University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Application and Information Science. She worked for Foremost Insurance Company in Grand Rapids, Michigan for 2 years as a Marketing Representative for Pennsylvania and Ohio. Lisa is now President of Charles Leach.

Lisa started her insurance career working summers in the family owned agency and became a licensed representative for Property and Casualty, and Life, Health and Accident while attending Clarion University. In 1988 she returned to New Bethlehem to join the Charles P Leach Agency as a Sales and Marketing Manager. She holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)

Lisa is past President of the National InStar Users Group and represented InStar on the Leader Council for ACORD Users Group Information Exchange (AUGIE) and Agents Council for Technology (ACT). She is also a past board member of the Network of Vertafore Users. Lisa is a board member at Clarion Hospital and is on the advisory board for S&T Bank. She is very active in the music at St. Charles Church and is a board member for the United Valley Soccer Association.

Lisa resides in New Bethlehem with her husband Ed.
