Why do you work at Leach?

“When I started here in 2012 I knew absolutely nothing about insurance, why we have it, what it does for you. After working here for a while and getting licensed i started to do more and more with the insurance policies themselves, all of the staff was very helpful and were behind you, making you feel comfortable enough to ask questions and keep moving forward.“

What is the best part of working with clients?

“When meeting a potential new client, I like getting to know their lifestyle and family, that really helps me figure out what type of coverage they need. Then I can supply them with the knowledge of what they currently have vs. what they should maybe be doing differently, whether I have the best fit for them or not.“
